3- Online real estate visits
The salesman visits the projects and call the customer video to explain and present the advantages of each project separately and to see the sample apartments on the ground
4- Transfer the down payment
After the customer selects the appropriate unit, he transfers the down payment for reserving the unit directly to the construction company’s bank
5- Preparing the initial contract
The customer sends a copy of his passport to prepare the initial contract and send it to the customer directly for signature
6- Authorize a lawyer
The client makes an official empower of attorney to purchase a lawyer inside Turkey to complete the procedures for receiving the title deed
7- Opening a bank account
We open a bank account for the customer inside Turkey, which the amount is transferred to, then transferred it to the construction company account directly
8- Tax Number
Extracting the client’s tax number which can be used in getting the title deed (Tapu), Turkish citizenship procedures, and most government transactions inside Turkey
9- Receive the title deed
